Simela Pizza & Focaccia
Pizza and flat bread from Liguria are the most popular choices in Simela on Berlin‘s Kantstraße close to Savignyplatz in Charlottenburg. It may sound like an everyday restaurant but it certainly isn’t – the utmost attention is paid to quality. The flour used is selected as carefully as the toppings for pizzas with dough made of buckwheat or spelt as well as lactose-free and gluten-free dough. A snack bar with style or possibly an “elegant snack bar” has been created by goldsmith Nikolaos Tsavdaridis from his Philos workshop. His philosophies with respect to precious stones and culinary delights are similar: less is more, quality is top and handcrafted skill is used for the benefit of guests.
