The Restaurant The Dolder Grand
The restaurant of the luxury hotel of the same name, The Dolder Grand, inspires the discerning palate with innovative cuisine in an elegant atmosphere. Under the management of Heiko Nieder, the restaurant can boast two highly prized Michelin stars and 17 Gault-Millau points, representing the first class dishes on offer. Excellently compiled menus with between four and seven courses pamper guests with delicacies of the highest quality, served with selected wines as an accompaniment. Octopus from Brittany, tender saddle of veal from the region as well as roast duck liver with raspberries are presented stylishly and can also be enjoyed on the summer terrace when the weather is fine.
