Alfredo Carturan, who originates from Padua, founded the Ristorante Alfredo in 1973. His son Roberto Carturan has been chef since 1999 and conjures up exquisite Italian dishes. The Italian restaurant is now a strong institution in Cologne. It is located in the direct vicinity of the Cologne opera house where guests can get in the mood for a splendid evening.
